About this asset

This modern three-seater sofa living room scene for SketchUp features a white fabric sofa, marble coffee table, and decor. This comprehensive interior scene includes a contemporary three-seater sofa upholstered in a light fabric, accented by four scatter cushions in white and grey tones. The ensemble is completed by a circular coffee table with a white marble top supported by a slim black metal frame. A geometric-patterned rug anchors the arrangement, while a modern branching pendant light and a large framed abstract artwork provide vertical interest. The proportions are balanced for standard residential layouts, offering a clean, neutral aesthetic suitable for high-end interior visualisations and architectural presentation work.

The download is a 20.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised as a grouped component set, allowing for easy placement and rotation within a larger floor plan. Users should verify that the component axes are correctly aligned to the floor plane for efficient snapping. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted in the material editor to match specific project colour palettes. The lighting and artwork elements are separate entities, enabling designers to toggle their visibility or relocate them to suit specific spatial requirements.

This living room set is ideal for residential design projects, particularly in open-plan apartments or sophisticated lounge areas. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary interior styles, serving as a ready-to-use focal point for client presentations. Architects and interior designers can utilise this asset to quickly populate living room layouts, saving time during the early concept or development stages.
