Accompanying the seating is a rectangular coffee table with a bold black-and-white marble top and a decorative open-work metal base. The download is a 74.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 6 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

The set is provided as a cohesive group, making it ideal for rapid placement in living room scenes. Users should verify the scale against their floor plans upon insertion. Materials are applied to separate geometry, allowing for easy adjustment of the leather textures or metal finishes. For high-quality visualisations, consider using a separate rendering plugin to accurately capture the reflective properties of the marble and leather surfaces.

This furniture set is well-suited for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or luxury lounge areas. It functions effectively as a complete staging solution for interior design visualisations that require a pre-composed, cohesive arrangement. Professionals searching for bold, contemporary statement pieces will find this useful for projects focusing on dramatic colour palettes and luxury finishes. It pairs well with minimalist architectural backdrops to allow the vibrant red leather and detailed marble textures to serve as the primary visual anchor of the space.
