Modern White Fabric 2-Seater Sofa Living Room Scene

This modern 2-seater fabric sofa living room scene for SketchUp features a curated layout with integrated shelving and lighting. This living room assembly centres on a compact, white fabric 2-seater sofa, paired with a light-toned wooden coffee table. The backdrop consists of a minimalist wall-mounted storage unit with integrated open shelving, finished in a clean white tone with timber accents. A textured area rug anchors the furniture, while decorative elements like a grey pouf, a small wooden stool with an indoor plant, and a large pendant light complete the composition. The proportions are designed for smaller residential footprints, balancing soft upholstered textures with clean lines and functional storage solutions.

The download is a 120 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical groups and components, allowing for easy manipulation of individual elements. Users can toggle layers to hide or show the backdrop wall and storage units, or isolate the sofa for use in other projects. Materials are applied as standard textures; ensure that texture paths are re-linked if they do not load automatically. The model is scaled to real-world units, making it straightforward to insert directly into existing interior floor plans and architectural models.

This scene is ideal for residential interior design presentations, particularly for studio apartments or compact living room concepts where space efficiency is critical. It provides a quick, ready-to-render vignette for conceptual planning or client visualisations. Designers often search for these types of pre-assembled sets to speed up the detailing of lounge areas in residential projects. It pairs well with neutral interior palettes and works effectively in both contemporary and scandinavian-inspired design schemes to demonstrate furniture placement and spatial flow.
