Modern White and Wood Four-Person Workstation Desk Set

This modern four-person workstation desk set, modelled in 3ds Max, features a clean white and wood finish with integrated screens. This four-person workstation configuration comprises two back-to-back double desks, supported by a minimalist black metal frame. The desktops are finished in a light, neutral tone with warm natural wood-effect modesty panels beneath. Each pair of desks is separated by a translucent, amber-tinted acrylic privacy screen, creating defined individual zones while maintaining an open-plan aesthetic. The set includes four ergonomic black office chairs with swivel bases and castors, complete with computer monitors and peripherals, providing a fully furnished look for professional workspace visualisations or architectural planning.

The download is a 9.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this 3ds Max asset into a project, treat the workstation as a single assembly for easy placement within an office floor plate. The model utilizes standard layering, allowing you to toggle the visibility of the computer equipment or chairs independently of the desk structure. Ensure the pivot point is aligned with the floor plane for accurate positioning. For lighting, utilize a soft overhead environment map to highlight the contrast between the matte desk surfaces and the metallic frame elements.

This workstation is suited for contemporary office design, corporate headquarters, and co-working space projects. It effectively populates open-plan floor layouts, providing a realistic sense of scale and density for interior design proposals. Architects and visualisers can use this set to demonstrate collaborative seating arrangements in commercial fit-outs.
