About this asset

This modern 3ds Max set features a floating desk, upholstered chair, and wall shelving, ideal for a compact contemporary home office. This set provides a coordinated workspace solution featuring a minimalist wall-mounted floating desk with a light timber-grain top and a clean white drawer unit. Accompanying the desk is an upholstered grey chair with tapered dark legs, offering a soft textural contrast. Completing the arrangement is a woven rattan storage basket filled with decorative cushions and a soft toy, adding a playful, organic touch suitable for a bedroom or study area.

The download is a 66.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this set directly into 3ds Max scenes as a cohesive unit. The floating desk is designed for easy alignment against vertical wall surfaces, while the chair and accessories are provided as discrete objects within the file hierarchy. Layers are organised to allow for independent selection and placement of the shelving and decor elements. Standard material assignments facilitate quick adjustments to textures or colours to match specific interior design schemes during the lighting and rendering phase.

This desk set is well-suited for residential projects, particularly within kids' bedrooms, playrooms, or small-scale home office nooks where space efficiency is paramount. It pairs effectively with neutral wall palettes and soft pastel accents. Professionals searching for a clean, contemporary study area or a functional bedroom workstation will find this model useful for quick staging. It integrates seamlessly into interior visualisations requiring a tidy, lived-in aesthetic, whether for new build developments or renovation concepts for domestic living spaces.
