About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max seating set features a three-seater sofa and matching armchair, defined by beige fabric and dark wood frames. This seating set consists of a long, three-seater sofa and a single armchair, both featuring a cohesive design language. The frames are constructed from dark-toned timber, visible in the exposed legs and structure. The deep, comfortable cushions are upholstered in a neutral beige fabric, complemented by matching scatter cushions. The sofa is styled with a draped throw, adding texture to the composition. The set is presented alongside decorative elements, including a small side table and a rolling storage unit, which help establish a warm, inviting aesthetic suitable for modern residential interiors.

The download is a 391 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this set into a 3ds Max scene, merge the file and check the scale against your floor plan. The models are organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection and adjustment of the individual seating pieces. Apply your preferred materials to the timber frames and fabric upholstery if customisation is required. Ensure the pivot points are correctly placed at the base for accurate positioning on the floor plane. The geometry is clean, supporting efficient viewport navigation and rendering workflows.

These pieces are ideal for residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and boutique hospitality projects where a relaxed yet refined look is required. They pair well with mid-century or contemporary coffee tables, area rugs, and floor lamps. Designers should search for these items when specifying furniture for open-plan lounges, reading nooks, or formal sitting areas. The neutral colour palette provides a versatile foundation for various interior schemes, making this set a practical choice for staging high-end residential developments or commercial waiting areas.
