Modern Natural Wood and Metal Dining Set

This modern dining set in 3ds Max features a natural wood table, three grey fabric chairs, and a timber bench for contemporary spaces. This dining set comprises a rectangular table with a light oak-toned tabletop supported by a minimalist black metal frame. Accompanying the table are three matching dining chairs featuring grey upholstered seats and dark-stained timber frames, alongside a simple, streamlined timber bench. The ensemble is designed with clean, geometric lines, emphasising a balance between organic textures and industrial structural elements. The set is presented alongside a kitchen island unit with a white marble-style countertop, demonstrating a cohesive aesthetic for open-plan living areas where dining and food preparation zones seamlessly integrate for functional, modern interiors.

The download is a 37.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this set into a 3ds Max scene, place the assets using the pivot points provided to ensure correct alignment with floor planes. The chairs and bench are modelled as discrete objects, allowing for flexible arrangement around the table. Users should check the material editor to ensure textures are correctly mapped, adjusting the UVW tiling if necessary for closer camera shots. Lighting should be balanced to highlight the contrast between the matte metal legs and the natural timber finish of the tabletop.
