Modern Multicolour Wood Kids Toy Storage Organizer

This modern kids toy storage organizer is a SketchUp model featuring a large-scale wall-mounted unit with varied timber compartments. Designed for educational or domestic play areas, this extensive storage organizer is constructed from light-toned timber. The unit features a complex grid of open cubbies, providing ample capacity for sorting toys, books, or learning materials. A secondary tier of enclosed cupboards at the base incorporates a playful, multicolour palette, using white, soft blue, and natural wood finishes. The upper section includes decorative panels with raised textures and lettered motifs, enhancing its appeal for younger users. The overall geometry is clean and linear, focusing on functional accessibility and modular organisation within a single, unified architectural element.

The download is a 4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this unit into a SketchUp scene, import the component and align it against a wall surface. The model is structured into logical groups, allowing for easy material overrides or customisation of the door colours to match specific interior schemes. Ensure the unit is scaled correctly relative to floor-to-ceiling heights before applying textures. Use the native component browser to manage the geometry efficiently, keeping the file lightweight for larger room layouts by utilising instances if multiple units are required in one space.
