About this asset

This modern grey fabric modular sofa set, rendered in 3ds Max, includes a chaise lounge, two nesting coffee tables, and decor. This contemporary living room arrangement features a low-profile modular sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, configured with a single chaise section. The seating is complemented by a pair of nesting coffee tables with dark grey glass tops and cylindrical metal bases. A single blush-toned throw cushion adds a subtle contrast to the sofa. The scene also incorporates two cylindrical floor planters containing greenery, all arranged atop a textured grey area rug. The pieces are defined by clean, minimalist lines and a balanced material palette of textiles, glass, and metal.

The download is a 27.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this set into a 3ds Max scene, merge the file into your master project and ensure the model units match your global scale settings. The components are typically grouped or layered for easy selection; consider unlinking the decor elements if you need to reposition the sofa or tables independently. Apply your own HDRI lighting to capture the reflective quality of the glass table tops, and verify that the fabric texture maps are correctly assigned within your chosen render engine's material editor.
