Modern Grey Fabric Living Room Scene

This modern living room scene, provided as a SketchUp model, features a grey fabric sofa, coffee table, lounge chair, and decor. This comprehensive living room composition includes a linear grey fabric sofa with patterned accent cushions, paired with a dark-stained wood coffee table. The set is completed by a grey lounge chair and matching footstool with light wood legs, a cylindrical houndstooth-patterned pouf, and a tall adjustable floor lamp. A graphic, patterned area rug grounds the arrangement, while a set of four framed prints provides wall decor. Each element is carefully proportioned to create a balanced, contemporary seating area suitable for residential or commercial lounge applications, offering a cohesive aesthetic through neutral tones and geometric textures.

The download is a 67.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for efficiency in SketchUp, this model is organized into logical groups and components, allowing for easy selection and placement within a larger interior project. Users can import the entire scene as a single block or explode the group to rearrange individual pieces to suit specific floor plans. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily edited or scaled in the Materials browser to match specific project requirements or custom render engine settings for final visualization.

This furniture set is suited for residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, or modern cafe lounge areas. It provides a quick way to populate interior scenes during the concept or development stages of a project. Professionals can use this grouping to define seating arrangements, test spatial layouts, or add visual interest to presentation renders. The neutral palette pairs well with various interior styles, making it a versatile asset for architects and interior designers working on contemporary residential or hospitality design briefs.
