About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features two fabric-upholstered chairs and two stone-based tables, accented with slim metal frames. This dining set comprises two circular tables and two pairs of upholstered chairs, presenting a minimalist aesthetic suitable for modern interiors. The chairs feature rounded backrests and slender metal legs, finished in a soft fabric in contrasting yellow and grey tones. Each table is supported by a cylindrical stone base, topped with a smooth, neutral surface. Included are integrated floor lamps that rise from the table structure, providing a unified light and furniture solution. The proportions are compact, designed for smaller footprints, and the clean lines ensure a cohesive look across both seating and surface elements.

The download is an 11.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can easily merge these assets into a 3ds Max scene as individual components, allowing for flexible arrangement within a floor plan. The models are organised by object type, making it simple to toggle visibility or apply materials to specific parts. For rendering, ensure the light sources are properly assigned to your preferred light engine. Scaling is uniform across the set, and the pivot points are correctly placed at the base of each object for intuitive placement on floor surfaces.

These pieces are ideal for boutique cafe layouts, hotel lobby seating areas, or compact residential breakfast nooks. They pair well with minimalist interior design schemes, particularly in spaces that require a pop of colour without sacrificing a clean, contemporary feel. Professionals often search for such sets when specifying furniture for small-scale hospitality projects or modern apartment dining areas. The combination of fabric and stone textures adds a tactile quality that works effectively in both commercial and residential project stages and visualisations.
