Modern Grey Fabric and Walnut Wood Living Room Set

This modern living room set for SketchUp features grey fabric upholstery and warm walnut wood frames in a cohesive arrangement. This comprehensive living room set comprises two distinct sofas, a large square coffee table, a side table, and a matching ottoman. Each seating piece is defined by a low-profile, solid walnut wood frame with integrated open shelving along the armrests. The cushions are upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, providing a clean contrast to the rich, dark wood grain. The central coffee table features a smooth black top surface, echoing the minimalist aesthetic of the entire assembly. The set is presented as a complete, curated scene, including a patterned area rug and various decorative accessories.

The download is a 40.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 5 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, import this set as a component group to maintain scene organisation. Use the scale tool to adjust the overall footprint to your floor plan, ensuring the wood textures are mapped correctly across the frame components. The individual pieces are grouped, allowing for easy separation if you wish to use the coffee table or ottoman independently. Apply your preferred lighting settings to highlight the wood grain and fabric textures within your final render.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this furniture set fits perfectly into contemporary living rooms, open-plan apartments, or upscale hotel lounge areas. It pairs well with neutral palettes, exposed concrete, or minimalist architectural finishes. Professionals searching for a complete, ready-to-place seating solution will find this asset efficient for high-quality architectural visualisations. It is particularly useful during the concept and design development stages when establishing the mood and scale of a lounge space, whether for luxury homes or boutique commercial lobbies.
