Modern Dark Green Fabric Armchair with Black Frame

This 3ds Max armchair features a distinctive geometric black timber frame and dark green upholstered cushions for a modern aesthetic. Defined by a rigid, rectilinear construction, this armchair showcases a stark, minimalist silhouette. The frame is composed of dark-stained timber members joined in a grid-like fashion, accented by small metallic detailing at the joints that provides a subtle industrial contrast. The seat and backrest consist of plush, dark green fabric cushions, which introduce organic comfort against the architectural frame. The design prioritises clean horizontal and vertical lines, creating a structural form that is both visually striking and grounded, making it a compelling choice for interiors that celebrate precise, geometric furniture compositions.

The download is a 5.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is structured for efficient scene integration, featuring cleanly separated geometry for the frame and upholstery. Users should verify that the pivot point is correctly aligned at the base for easy floor placement. Materials are applied via standard shader slots, allowing for quick adjustments to the fabric texture or wood finish. The model is scaled for standard seating heights, ensuring it remains proportional when placed alongside other furniture assets in a residential or commercial interior visualisation project.
