Contemporary Fluted Cylindrical Column Set with Metallic Accents

This SketchUp model features a set of six contemporary fluted cylindrical columns, accented with polished gold metallic bases. This collection consists of six decorative cylindrical columns featuring vertical fluted detailing. The design incorporates a distinct two-tone aesthetic, where the upper portion of the shaft is finished in a matte plaster texture, while the lower segment or base ring is highlighted in a reflective gold metallic finish. The columns vary in their primary colour palette, including deep red, warm beige, and neutral taupe tones. Each unit is capped with a slim metallic trim, ensuring a clean transition between the vertical fluting and the ceiling plane, providing a refined, luxurious look for interior applications.

The download is a 1.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 6 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp model directly into their scenes as individual components. The fluted geometry is well-defined, allowing for straightforward material application or colour adjustments using the native paint bucket tool. Because these are provided as a set, designers can easily explode the group to select and place specific column variations within a project. The clean topology ensures efficient integration, and the metallic materials can be further enhanced by adjusting reflectivity settings in your preferred rendering engine to achieve realistic highlights.
