Modern Charcoal Timber L-Shaped Work Desk with Chair

This modern 3ds Max L-shaped work desk set features a charcoal timber finish, a white metal frame, and an upholstered office chair. This L-shaped workstation combines a deep charcoal-toned timber desk with a slim, white-painted metal frame for a clean, professional aesthetic. The desk includes an integrated return, providing ample surface area for computing and documentation. Accompanying the desk is a black upholstered task chair with a mid-height backrest, five-star base, and castor wheels for mobility. The set is completed by curated desktop accessories, including a minimalist table lamp, a laptop, and two decorative vases containing dried foliage, which add a layer of realism and texture to the overall workspace composition.

The download is a 119 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation. Users can merge the desk and chair as a single assembly or isolate individual components to suit specific room layouts. Materials are applied using standard mapping, allowing for quick adjustments to the timber grain or metal finish. The lighting setup is neutral, making it straightforward to integrate into existing interior scenes without requiring extensive re-texturing or complex shader adjustments for standard render workflows.

Ideal for residential home offices, corporate workspaces, or commercial study areas, this L-shaped desk provides a functional solution for contemporary interior design projects. It pairs effectively with minimalist shelving units or acoustic wall panels to create a focused working environment. Professionals searching for a complete workstation solution will find this asset useful for staging high-end residential interiors or modern office concepts, where a balance of clean lines, dark wood textures, and ergonomic office furniture is required for a sophisticated finish.
