About this asset

This modern 3ds Max workstation features a charcoal black timber two-person work desk with an integrated grey fabric privacy screen. This professional workstation setup consists of a long, monolithic charcoal black timber desk surface supported by continuous side panels. The design incorporates a high-backed privacy screen upholstered in a textured light grey fabric, creating a defined boundary between users. The desk includes integrated drawer units beneath the work surface, maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic. Two upholstered grey chairs with slim metal legs are positioned at the workspace. The setup is accessorised with a small desk lamp, a framed piece of wall art, and a potted plant, providing a realistic look for contemporary office environments.

The download is a 21 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The workstation is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection and material adjustment of the desk surface, fabric panels, and chair components. Apply high-resolution textures to the timber and fabric surfaces to enhance realism during close-up renders. Users can easily adjust the lighting environment to suit their specific interior scene, ensuring the materials react accurately to global illumination and indirect light bounces.

This workstation is ideal for contemporary open-plan offices, home offices, or co-working spaces where space efficiency and acoustic privacy are required. It pairs seamlessly with modern office interior styles, providing a clean, organised look for professional environments. Designers often search for this type of asset when visualising collaborative work zones, quiet study areas, or corporate breakout rooms. The neutral palette ensures it integrates well with various floor finishes and wall treatments, making it a versatile addition to any commercial or residential project.
