Modern Beige Fabric Living Room Lounge Set

This modern living room scene for SketchUp features a beige fabric sofa, tufted ottoman, glass coffee table, and matching decor. The set comprises a three-seater beige fabric sofa with clean lines, paired with a matching tufted ottoman that incorporates a central timber inlay. A square, glass-topped coffee table with a white base and metal frame sits centrally, complemented by a small, round timber side table. The arrangement is completed by a tripod floor lamp, a plaid area rug, and various decorative accessories including a woven basket, books, and potted flowers. The composition offers a balanced, contemporary aesthetic suitable for high-quality architectural visualisation, with neutral tones and mixed textures providing a realistic, lived-in feel for interior design projects.

The download is a 17.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Organised into logical groups and components, this SketchUp model allows for easy manipulation of individual elements. Users can swap materials using the native material editor or scale the entire group to fit specific room dimensions. The geometry is clean, ensuring efficient viewport navigation while maintaining enough detail for close-up renders. Designers should ensure that textures are correctly mapped upon import and use layers to manage the visibility of smaller decorative items, keeping the primary furniture pieces on a separate, locked layer for better model control.
