Contemporary Tan Leather Living Room Seating Set

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features a tan leather sofa, matching armchair, tufted ottoman, and two tables. This curated furniture collection includes a three-seater sofa and a companion armchair, both upholstered in smooth tan leather with slim black metal frames. The set is complemented by a tufted, grey square ottoman and a circular coffee table finished in black marble with a thin, tapered leg base. A small, round side table with a natural wood top and geometric wire frame provides additional surface area. The pieces are arranged on a monochromatic area rug, creating a balanced, cohesive layout suitable for modern lounge areas and high-end residential interiors.

The download is a 24.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 5 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised into logical groups for easy placement within a model. Users can manipulate the individual components—sofa, chairs, and tables—independently to adjust the room layout. The materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted in the materials tray to match specific project colour palettes. The model is lightweight, ensuring smooth navigation even when placed in larger architectural scenes, and is ready for tagging and scheduling within the model hierarchy.

Ideal for residential living room designs, hotel lobby seating areas, and high-end apartment staging, this set offers a complete, ready-to-use furniture arrangement. Designers can search for this collection when needing a balanced mix of leather, marble, and wood textures to ground a living space. It pairs effectively with minimalist architectural shells, industrial-style accents, or warm, contemporary interior palettes. The neutral colour scheme ensures compatibility with a wide range of wall finishes, flooring materials, and lighting configurations in professional visualisation projects.
