Mixed-Material Contemporary Sideboard and Media Console Set

This SketchUp model set features four contemporary sideboards and media consoles with varied timber, metal, and white-finish door designs. This collection of storage units presents a range of aesthetic options, from industrial-inspired drawer fronts with distressed wood and metal hardware to minimalist, clean-lined white cabinets with natural timber cross-section end panels. Each unit is elevated on varying leg styles, including angular metal frames and tapered timber supports, reflecting a contemporary design language. The internal configurations provide diverse storage solutions, featuring open shelving and enclosed compartments. The mix of materials—contrasting matte white surfaces with rich, deep wood grains—allows these pieces to serve as functional focal points within various interior design schemes.

The download is an 11.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are organised as distinct components, allowing for easy selection and placement within your scene. Use the move and rotate tools to position the units against wall planes or as room dividers. The materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily edited or replaced in the material editor to match specific project colour palettes. Ensure your model is set to the correct scale before importing, and consider using layers to toggle between the different sideboard designs during design iterations.
