About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a pair of grey velvet channel-tufted armchairs paired with a circular marble side table. This furniture set consists of two identical armchairs and a small accent table. Each armchair features a deep, curved backrest with vertical channel tufting, upholstered in a textured grey velvet fabric. The seat cushion is a separate, rounded element, providing a soft contrast to the rigid, pleated back structure. The chairs are supported by tapered metal legs with gold-toned tips. Centered between them is a compact side table with a circular white marble top and a dark, architectural base featuring arched cutouts. The overall aesthetic is refined, focusing on material contrast and organic, rounded geometries.

The download is an 11.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organized with logical grouping for each object, allowing for easy placement and individual manipulation. Users should verify the pivot points at the base of each chair and the table for efficient snapping within a scene. Materials are mapped with standard texture coordinates, ready for adjustment in the slate material editor. When integrating, ensure the scale is checked against your project units; the model is designed to be dropped into a scene and populated with local lighting.

These pieces are ideal for high-end residential lounge areas, hotel lobby seating arrangements, or boutique retail waiting zones. They provide a sophisticated focal point when placed on a rug or near a fireplace. Professionals might search for this as a luxury lounge set, modern accent seating, or a designer armchair group. The set pairs effectively with minimalist interiors or opulent contemporary spaces where texture and soft form are required to soften the overall architectural lines of a room.
