Minimalist Grey Plastic Low-Profile Lounge Chair

This minimalist grey plastic lounge chair 3ds Max model features a sculptural, low-profile form with distinct chunky cylindrical supports. Defined by its bold, sculptural silhouette, this lounge chair presents a cohesive, mono-material aesthetic. The design comprises a wide, shallow, semi-circular seat shell that flows seamlessly into four robust, cylindrical legs. Its proportions are intentionally low and grounded, creating a stable and modern profile. The grey finish is uniform across all surfaces, emphasising the geometric simplicity of the object. The lack of visible joinery or upholstery highlights the chair's clean, contemporary lines, making it a striking focal point for spaces requiring a balance of functional utility and artistic expression.

The download is a 4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured for efficient scene integration, allowing for quick placement within your living or lounge layouts. Users should ensure the object is properly aligned to the floor plane and check its pivot point for easy rotation or placement adjustments. Since the material is uniform, applying high-quality plastic shaders or procedural textures is straightforward. The geometry is clean, supporting standard lighting setups and providing consistent shading results when rendered with common global illumination engines used in architectural visualisation workflows.
