About this asset

This minimalist 3ds Max TV wall unit features a clean grey finish paired with natural timber shelving for a contemporary aesthetic. This large-scale wall unit is designed as a cohesive media storage system. It features a central recessed area for a television, surrounded by solid matte grey cabinet doors and open shelving sections. The design incorporates a vertical open-shelf tower in a warm timber finish, providing a contrast to the grey cabinetry. A continuous lower horizontal shelf runs beneath the main screen area, offering space for decorative objects or media components. The proportions are balanced, creating a streamlined look suitable for modern interiors that require integrated storage solutions and a clean focal point.

The download is an 18.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured with logical layering, allowing for easy separation of the cabinet carcasses, doors, and internal shelving elements. Users should apply high-quality wood grain and matte lacquer textures to the respective material IDs to achieve a realistic finish. The unit is best placed against a flat wall surface; ensure the pivot point is adjusted to the rear face for efficient snapping. Lighting should be set to highlight the depth of the recessed areas and the timber accents.

This wall unit is ideal for high-end residential living rooms, media rooms, or open-plan apartments where clutter-free storage is a priority. It pairs well with minimalist furniture and neutral palettes. Professionals searching for bespoke joinery, custom media walls, or integrated storage solutions will find this asset versatile for various interior design schemes. It is particularly effective in luxury residential projects where a clean, architectural look is desired, providing a functional yet aesthetically pleasing solution for home entertainment setups and decorative display requirements.
