Mid-Century Walnut TV Unit with Television

This mid-century style walnut TV unit is a 3ds Max model featuring a low-profile design with integrated storage and a flat-screen television. Characterised by its warm walnut grain, this low-profile TV console features a clean-lined, minimalist aesthetic typical of mid-century modern design. The unit consists of a long, rectangular cabinet body with four distinct drawer fronts, providing ample storage for media components and accessories. It is supported by a slender, recessed base structure that adds to its floating appearance. The set includes a flat-screen television mounted on top, along with small decorative accents on the surface. The rich natural wood finish is consistent across all surfaces, highlighting the linear grain patterns throughout the piece.

The download is a 20.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this 3ds Max model into a scene, ensure the object is placed at the correct floor elevation to account for its recessed base. The geometry is organised for efficient placement, allowing users to easily adjust the television position or remove the decorative accessories if required. Texture mapping is pre-applied to the walnut surfaces; however, users should check the UVW coordinates if scaling the unit significantly. The model is suitable for standard interior visualisation workflows, supporting custom material adjustments for specific render engine requirements.
