Mid-Century Dark Wood and Beige Fabric Lounge Chair Set

This mid-century lounge chair set, modelled for 3ds Max, features a dark wood frame paired with textured beige fabric upholstery. Defined by clean, angular lines, this set of two lounge chairs showcases a robust dark-stained timber frame. The design features a low-profile seat with a distinct reclined backrest, held in place by a minimalist structural frame. The upholstery is a neutral, textured beige fabric that provides a soft contrast to the dark wood finish of the armrests and legs. Each chair maintains a balanced, lightweight appearance characteristic of mid-century modern furniture. The joinery is visible and intentional, highlighting the structural integrity of the timber frame while ensuring the overall form remains elegant.

The download is a 23.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this 3ds Max model into a scene, ensure the pivot points are set to the base of the legs for accurate floor placement. The materials are mapped for standard rendering workflows, allowing for easy adjustment of the wood grain or fabric bump maps to suit specific interior lighting conditions. Users should maintain the layer hierarchy provided to easily toggle the two chairs independently or manage them as a single furniture group within the project file.

These lounge chairs are suited for residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or high-end office reception areas.
