About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp dining set features a live-edge natural wood table paired with six upholstered chairs and pendant lighting. This dining set centers on a substantial rectangular table featuring a raw live-edge timber top that highlights natural wood grain and organic contours. The tabletop is supported by a minimalist black metal frame with angled legs. Accompanying the table are six chairs with a curved, wishbone-inspired backrest design, finished in a light wood tone with light beige fabric seat cushions. The set also includes a cluster of five cylindrical pendant lights with a dark finish and a round pet bed with a sleeping dog model, adding a lived-in, domestic character to the composition.

The download is a 95.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 13 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this model into a SketchUp project, place the assembly as a single component or explode it to manage individual elements on separate layers. Use the scale tool if the dimensions require adjustment to fit specific floor plans. Apply high-resolution textures to the wood surfaces to enhance realism during rendering. The included pendant lights should be grouped for easy positioning above the table, while the lighting intensity can be adjusted within the native materials or light-emissive settings for improved visual depth.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, open-plan kitchen areas, or boutique hospitality projects, this set creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Designers often use this arrangement to convey a modern, organic aesthetic in high-end apartments or family homes. It pairs well with neutral wall palettes, textured rugs, and indoor greenery.
