Kids Room Playroom Storage and Display Scene

This SketchUp scene features a comprehensive kids' room storage and display system, complete with integrated shelving and a piano nook. The assembly comprises a large-scale, modular wall unit finished in light natural wood tones with pastel-coloured accents. It incorporates open shelving, a large circular central void for a television, and a dedicated arched recess designed to accommodate an upright piano. Additional elements include two-door storage cabinets with arched glazing, a low-profile book display unit, and integrated blackboard panels for creative play. The composition is balanced by soft, rounded geometries and playful colour blocking, creating a functional and engaging environment tailored specifically for educational or residential children's play areas.

The download is a 30.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp scene into a project, import the file and position the modular unit against the primary wall surface. Use the component browser to manage individual elements, allowing for adjustments to the layout or customisation of the shelving configurations. Ensure textures are mapped correctly upon insertion, and use layers to toggle visibility for specific storage components or decor items. The model is scaled for standard room heights, requiring minimal adjustment when aligning with existing architectural floor plans and ceiling heights.
