Japanese Kokeshi Doll Decorative Set

This Japanese-inspired decorative set for SketchUp features a collection of traditional kokeshi dolls, hanging scrolls, and a miniature bonsai. This curated assembly includes a series of Kokeshi dolls, each finished in distinct patterns and colour palettes, ranging from solid blocks to detailed floral motifs. The set is complemented by two vertical hanging scrolls featuring landscape artwork, a small bonsai tree in a low-profile ceramic pot, and a whimsical hanging lantern ornament. The materials are primarily wood and paper, reflecting a minimalist aesthetic. Each piece is modeled with clean lines and subtle proportions, suitable for adding cultural detail to interior scenes. The arrangement provides a cohesive, thematic element for tabletop styling or shelving displays.

The download is a 32.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 13 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this set into a SketchUp scene, import the collection as a component or group. Since the items are individual elements, you can easily explode the group to rearrange or distribute the dolls and scrolls across different surfaces. Ensure the models are correctly oriented on your horizontal planes. For optimal rendering results, apply high-resolution textures to the scroll artwork and adjust the material transparency for the paper elements to enhance the realism of the light interaction within your final visualization.
