About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max set features a high-back grey fabric armchair and a black wooden side table, ideal for lounge interiors. The armchair showcases a tall, structured high-back design upholstered in a textured grey fabric, complemented by a slim black wooden frame with tapered legs. A matching small lumbar cushion adds depth to the seat. The accompanying side table features a circular top supported by a sculptural, cross-base pedestal, finished in a deep black tone. The set is presented as a cohesive unit, demonstrating a balance between clean vertical lines in the seating and the geometric, low-profile form of the table. The materials appear consistent, offering a refined, modern aesthetic for interior spaces.

The download is a 6.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised as a single asset group. Users should check the pivot points for the armchair and table independently to ensure correct placement on the floor plane. The fabric textures are mapped to standard material slots; adjust the tiling or UVW map scale to match your scene's resolution requirements. Lighting the model with a soft studio HDRI will highlight the fabric weave and the subtle sheen of the dark wooden surfaces, ensuring a realistic integration into interior renders.

This furniture set is suited for residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, or quiet reading corners in a home office. It pairs effectively with minimalist decor or as a functional accent in a larger seating arrangement. Professionals searching for lounge seating, accent chairs, or compact side tables will find this model versatile for both modern and transitional design schemes. It serves as a practical asset for staging interior projects at any stage, providing a ready-to-use focal point for a refined, comfortable space.
