About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max floor bed features a grey patchwork quilt and assorted decorative cushions for a casual bedroom aesthetic. Designed for floor-level use, this low-profile bed setup consists of a rectangular mattress base covered in a patchwork-style textile quilt featuring various shades of grey and white. The surface is adorned with a collection of scatter cushions, including square pillows with star patterns, a grey rectangular accent cushion featuring typography, and smaller cushions with geometric and polka-dot prints. The fabric textures appear soft and relaxed, creating a comfortable, informal sleeping or lounge area suitable for informal living spaces or child-centric interiors. The entire assembly provides a unified, layered look without a formal frame or headboard.

The download is a 26.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is structured as a single assembly, allowing for easy placement within a scene. Users should check the pivot point at the base for accurate floor alignment. Materials are applied to individual objects, enabling adjustments to fabric tiling or colour maps if required. The cushions are grouped for easy manipulation, making it simple to rearrange or duplicate them to suit specific interior layouts or to populate a larger room model with varied soft furnishings.

This floor bed is ideal for residential projects, particularly in kids' rooms, playrooms, or relaxed lounge areas where a low-seating arrangement is desired. It pairs effectively with minimalist or Scandinavian-inspired interiors. Professionals might search for this asset when specifying casual furniture for nurseries, guest rooms, or bohemian-style living spaces. It is a practical addition for visualising informal interior design concepts or staging residential renders where a cozy, lived-in atmosphere is required to convey comfort and scale to the prospective client.
