About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max chaise longue features grey fabric upholstery and a single armrest, accented by a bright orange cushion. Defined by its asymmetrical silhouette, this chaise longue features a minimalist, clean-lined grey fabric upholstery that covers both the seat and the partial backrest. The piece is supported by dark, slender tapered wooden legs that provide a subtle contrast to the soft textile finish. A single, square-shaped orange accent cushion is included, offering a vibrant pop of colour against the neutral grey tone. The design balances comfort with a structured, modern aesthetic, making it a versatile piece for various interior settings where a low-profile, refined seating option is required.

The download is a 43 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the fabric textures are mapped correctly using the included UV coordinates. The object is organised logically within the scene hierarchy, allowing for easy selection and adjustment of the cushion separately from the main body. Users should apply appropriate light sources and HDRI environments to accurately render the soft fabric highlights. Check that the pivot point is set at the base for efficient placement on floor planes within your interior project.

Designers looking for versatile, modern seating will find this model useful for creating intimate conversation areas or providing a focal point in open-plan spaces. It pairs seamlessly with neutral-toned rugs and minimalist side tables, fitting well into projects that prioritise clean lines and functional, yet stylish, furniture selections.
