About this asset

This set of four casual young women characters for SketchUp provides realistic female figures for architectural visualizations. This collection features four distinct female characters dressed in contemporary casual clothing. The figures include a woman in a red patterned dress, a woman in a black turtleneck with a beige pleated midi skirt, a seated woman in a black top with denim jeans, and a woman in a striped long-sleeve shirt with light trousers. Each character is rendered with realistic textures, natural poses, and detailed clothing folds, suitable for adding life and scale to architectural scenes. The set provides a variety of stances, including standing and sitting positions, offering versatility for interior and exterior renderings.

The download is a 115 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Use the scale tool to adjust their height to match the project requirements if necessary. They are ideal for placement in foreground or mid-ground areas of a scene to provide scale. Since these models include mapped textures, ensure the folder structure is maintained during import to prevent missing material links. They can be placed on a dedicated layer for easy toggling during the design process.

These figures are essential for populating residential interiors, retail showrooms, hotel lobbies, and outdoor terraces. They pair well with modern furniture collections and help architects communicate the scale and intended atmosphere of a space. Professionals search for these assets when creating presentation renders or walkthroughs for client meetings. By adding these characters to a model, designers can better demonstrate human interaction within a space, making architectural concepts feel more relatable and lived-in for stakeholders during the design development or final visualization stage.
