About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max set features a circular grey fabric tufted ottoman paired with a minimalist glass-top metal side table. This set consists of a round, button-tufted ottoman upholstered in a textured grey fabric, supported by short, tapered wooden legs. Accompanying it is a sleek, circular side table constructed with a thin-profile dark metal frame and a transparent glass top. The proportions are balanced for lounge environments, with the ottoman serving as a low-profile seat or footrest. The assembly includes decorative books and a small ceramic vessel on the table surface, providing a ready-to-use vignette for interior visualisations. The clean lines and neutral palette allow for versatile application in various contemporary design schemes.

The download is a 12.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this set directly into a 3ds Max scene as a single group or individual objects. The geometry is clean, with distinct material slots for the fabric upholstery, metal frame, and glass surface, facilitating rapid texture adjustments or material overrides. The objects are centered at the origin, allowing for easy placement on floor planes. Lighting setups should account for the reflective properties of the glass and the diffuse nature of the fabric to achieve realistic rendering results.

This furniture combination is suitable for residential living rooms, hotel lounge areas, or quiet reading nooks in high-end commercial projects. It integrates well with minimalist or modern interior styles, often placed alongside larger sofa configurations or as a standalone accent piece. Designers frequently search for this type of pairing when styling transitional spaces, seeking functional yet aesthetic additions that provide both surface space and comfortable seating. The neutral grey finish ensures compatibility with a wide range of colour palettes and textures.
