About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a grey fabric L-shaped sectional sofa paired with a glass-topped coffee table and a large rug. The sectional sofa features a modular L-shaped configuration with a dedicated chaise lounge on one end, upholstered in a soft, textured grey fabric. The frame is low-profile with deep, comfortable seating cushions and a series of matching throw pillows in varying shades of grey. Accompanying the seating is a sleek, rectangular coffee table with a polished black glass top and a minimalist metal frame. The entire arrangement sits atop a large, neutral-toned area rug, creating a cohesive visual unit suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel lounge interiors.

The download is a 44.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this model into a 3ds Max scene, merge the file into your master project file, ensuring the units are scaled correctly to your project standards. The sofa and table are grouped for easy placement, but can be ungrouped to adjust individual elements or reposition the coffee table. Apply custom materials or adjust the existing fabric textures to match your specific interior design palette, ensuring that the light-mapping accounts for the glass surface of the table for realistic reflections.

This asset is ideal for residential living room designs, luxury hotel suites, or modern apartment staging projects.
