About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa set for 3ds Max features a grey fabric finish, paired with nesting coffee tables and a decorative rug. This comprehensive living room set comprises a deep-seated 3-seater sofa upholstered in a neutral grey fabric, accented by a collection of scatter cushions in varied textures and tones of charcoal, brown, and tan. A lightweight throw blanket is draped over the arm for a relaxed aesthetic. The composition includes two round coffee tables—one with a clean white top and the other in a contrasting black finish—along with a rectangular area rug featuring subtle linear detailing. A glass vase with dried botanical stems completes the arrangement, adding a vertical element to the low-profile furniture grouping.

The download is a 68.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this set into a 3ds Max scene, ensure the pivot points for the sofa and tables are correctly aligned to the floor plane. The assets are organised by layer, allowing for individual selection of the sofa, tables, and decorative accessories. Users can easily adjust the fabric shaders for the cushions and sofa upholstery to match specific interior lighting conditions. Apply a standard UVW map to the rug to ensure the linear pattern scales appropriately within the floor plan of the project.
