About this asset

This traditional blue painted wood spindle bar stool for 3ds Max features a classic turned-leg design and a curved backrest. This bar stool is defined by its traditional silhouette, featuring a circular seat supported by four turned legs connected by a structural H-frame stretcher. The backrest is composed of a curved top rail supported by four vertical spindles, providing a classic aesthetic. Finished in a high-gloss blue lacquer, the piece emphasises the smooth, rounded profiles of its turned wooden components. The proportions are balanced, with the seat height elevated for use at breakfast bars or high tables. Its construction reflects a timeless craft, offering a vibrant pop of colour while maintaining a familiar, comfortable form.

When integrating this model into a 3ds Max scene, ensure the pivot point is correctly aligned at the base for accurate placement on floor surfaces. The geometry is clean, allowing for easy material adjustments or the application of custom wood grain textures if a matte finish is preferred. Use standard object snapping to position the stool against kitchen islands or bar counters. The model works well as a standalone asset or as part of a grouped set, maintaining consistent scale across different interior design projects.

Ideal for residential kitchen islands, breakfast nooks, or commercial cafe settings, this vibrant bar stool adds a traditional touch with a contemporary colour palette. It pairs effectively with white or neutral-toned cabinetry, allowing the blue finish to serve as a focal point. Designers often search for spindle-back seating to introduce texture and heritage-inspired shapes into modern spaces. Whether specified for a family home or a boutique bistro, this piece complements eclectic and farmhouse-style interiors, providing both functional seating and a distinct visual statement.
