Event Decoration Backdrop Scene with Balloon Arch and Pedestals

A contemporary event backdrop scene in SketchUp, featuring an organic balloon arch, floral arrangements, and tiered display pedestals. This comprehensive event backdrop scene incorporates a large, customisable wall panel as the primary focus, accented by a sweeping balloon arch in shades of grey, white, and gold. The composition includes multiple cylindrical and rectangular display pedestals arranged at varying heights to support decorative elements like cakes and pastries. Several dried floral arrangements are integrated throughout, providing soft, organic contrast to the structured geometry of the pedestals and metallic framework. The entire set is designed for high-impact visual presentation, balancing minimalist structural elements with lush, layered textures to create a sophisticated, cohesive aesthetic for professional event styling.

The download is a 234 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical groups and components, allowing for easy manipulation of individual elements like the balloon clusters or floral bouquets. Users can scale the backdrop to fit specific venue dimensions or adjust the placement of pedestals to accommodate different event requirements. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted in the materials panel to match specific brand colour palettes or event themes before rendering.
