Dark Wood Louvred Shoe Cabinet with Marble Shelf

This contemporary shoe cabinet, modelled in 3ds Max, features dark wood louvred doors and a central marble shelf for hallway storage. Constructed with a dark-stained wood frame, this tall storage unit incorporates six individual doors featuring horizontal louvred slats for ventilation. The cabinet is bisected by a recessed, light-toned marble display shelf, providing a clean surface for decorative items or keys. Small, minimalist hardware accents each door. The base is elevated, creating a dedicated niche for everyday footwear, complemented by integrated under-cabinet lighting that provides a soft glow. The overall design balances closed storage utility with an open architectural aesthetic, making it a sophisticated choice for modern interior entryways or dressing areas.

The download is a 28.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned to the base for easy placement against walls. The louvred geometry is mapped for realistic light interaction; adjust the material glossiness to suit your scene's lighting environment. The integrated lighting can be controlled via a light object or self-illuminated material applied to the base underside. Scale the model to match your floor-to-ceiling height requirements and use standard layer management to separate the cabinet carcass from the decor elements.
