About this asset

This contemporary 8-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a dark wood rectangular table paired with eight tufted white fabric chairs. The set comprises a solid, dark-stained wood dining table with clean, minimalist lines and a rectangular profile. It is accompanied by eight matching chairs, each featuring high, tufted backrests upholstered in a soft white fabric. The legs of both the table and chairs are finished in a deep, dark wood tone that provides a sharp contrast to the light upholstery. The chairs include subtle detailing on the rear, adding a refined touch to the overall silhouette. This cohesive arrangement provides a formal and balanced aesthetic suitable for sophisticated interior design schemes.

The download is a 40.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 9 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for efficient placement within a scene. Users should verify the pivot points are set to the base of the table and chairs for easy alignment with floor planes. Materials are assigned using standard slots, which can be easily swapped for custom textures or adjusted for specific render engine requirements. The clean geometry ensures smooth viewport performance while maintaining high-quality detail for close-up renders and architectural visualisations.

This dining set is ideal for residential projects, including formal dining rooms and open-plan living areas, as well as luxury hospitality settings like restaurant dining halls or hotel suites. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary decor, providing a strong focal point in a space. Designers searching for formal dining solutions, high-back upholstered seating, or dark wood furniture will find this set highly versatile for various interior layouts, from modern apartments to classic-inspired dining environments.
