About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max living room scene features a white tufted sofa, matching armchair, and marble coffee tables in a curated layout. This comprehensive interior scene centers on a deep-seated, white fabric sofa with classic tufted upholstery across the back and arms. The arrangement is complemented by a curved, brown velvet armchair and a pair of nested coffee tables featuring dark marble tops and white stone accents. A textured grey area rug anchors the grouping, while additional decorative elements include a sleek floor lamp, wall-mounted circular lighting, and framed artwork. The composition is set against a panelled wall backdrop, providing a cohesive aesthetic suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel lounge projects.

The download is a 196 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this 3ds Max scene into a project, import the model as a grouped assembly to maintain the spatial relationships between the seating and tables. Users can easily toggle the visibility of individual decorative accessories or swap the rug texture to suit specific floor finishes. The materials are pre-configured for standard render workflows, requiring only minor adjustments to light intensity and HDRI environment maps to match the specific illumination of the host architectural project.

Ideal for residential living room visualisations, this furniture set serves as a versatile anchor for contemporary interior design schemes. It pairs effectively with neutral wall palettes or bold feature walls, making it useful for both luxury apartment staging and hotel lobby concepts. Professionals can search for this asset when requiring a complete, ready-to-render lounge arrangement that balances soft textures like velvet and fabric with the hard, polished surfaces of marble and metal coffee tables.
