About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max console table features a white terrazzo top supported by a solid wood frame, ideal for refined interiors. The piece showcases a rectangular slab top finished in a fine-grained white terrazzo, providing a clean, speckled texture that contrasts with the warmth of the natural wood base. The structure consists of two vertical support legs joined by a lower horizontal stretcher, which reinforces the stability of the frame while maintaining an open, airy silhouette. The proportions are balanced, making it suitable for narrow hallways or living room placement. The set includes a decorative vase with floral stems, adding a layer of detail that complements the minimalist aesthetic of the furniture.

The download is a 10 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When working in 3ds Max, ensure the model is scaled correctly to your scene units before merging. The terrazzo and wood materials are mapped to separate sub-objects, allowing for easy adjustment of diffuse or reflective properties. Use the provided geometry as a base, applying a turbosmooth modifier if necessary for tighter edge definition. For rendering, check the normal orientation of the terrazzo slab and ensure the wood grain direction aligns with the vertical supports for a realistic finish in your final output.

This console table works well in residential entryways, hotel lobbies, or modern lounge areas where a statement piece is required. Its neutral palette allows it to pair easily with various wall treatments, from textured plaster to dark wood panelling. Professionals might search for it under terms like minimalist console, terrazzo furniture, or hallway accent table. It serves as an excellent anchor for styling vignettes, particularly when placed beneath a large mirror or wall-mounted artwork to create a cohesive focal point in a circulation space.
