In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the cushions and throw elements. Users should ensure the pivot point is correctly aligned with the floor plane for accurate placement. The leather material is mapped for high-quality displacement, while the fabric textures for the cushions and throw are set up for realistic light interaction. Scaling should be verified against the project units before merging into the main scene file to maintain proper ergonomic proportions.

This sectional is ideal for high-end residential living rooms, modern apartment interiors, and luxury hotel lobby lounge areas.
