Contemporary Grey Fabric Sectional Sofa Set with Coffee Tables

This contemporary sectional sofa set for SketchUp features a modular grey fabric configuration complete with coffee tables and an ottoman. This expansive seating arrangement comprises a modular grey fabric sectional sofa with an integrated chaise, paired with a circular stone-topped coffee table and a low-profile tan leather ottoman. The set is complemented by a small cylindrical wooden side table and a dark-toned rectangular console piece tucked into the corner. Multiple accent cushions in grey, white, and teal provide textural variety against the neutral upholstery of the main sofa frame. The clean lines and low-slung profile define a modern aesthetic, suitable for large open-plan living spaces requiring a balanced, cohesive furniture layout.

The download is a 86.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 5 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy repositioning of individual components like the coffee tables or ottoman. Users should ensure the model is scaled correctly within their project environment before applying custom materials. The textures are mapped to standard geometry; adjusting the UV coordinates or replacing the fabric shaders with native render engine materials will yield more realistic results in final visualisations. Proper layer management is recommended to isolate seating from decor elements for cleaner project file organisation.
