About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max coffee table and ottoman set features a white marble top with organic curves and a plush blue velvet seat. The coffee table is defined by its soft, organic-shaped white marble top, which rests upon a dark wood base with sculptural, sweeping legs. Complementing the table is a cylindrical ottoman upholstered in a deep blue velvet, finished with a dark wood plinth base. The set arrives as a curated arrangement, including decorative accessories such as a glass vase with dried foliage, a tray with glassware, and a magazine, providing an immediate sense of scale and materiality for interior visualisations. The contrast between the cool, veined marble and the soft, tactile velvet creates a balanced aesthetic.

The download is a 72 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised with logical layer naming, allowing for easy selection of the table and ottoman as separate entities. Users should verify that the material maps are correctly linked upon merging into the scene. The geometry is clean, suitable for close-up shots, and the inclusion of decorative props allows for quick staging. Adjust the light intensity and HDRI environment to highlight the reflective properties of the marble and the subtle light absorption of the velvet fabric.

This set is ideal for high-end residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and boutique lounge areas where a sophisticated, layered look is required. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary seating arrangements. Professionals should search for this item when sourcing furniture for luxury apartment projects, upscale hospitality interiors, or staged living room scenes. The organic form of the table works particularly well in spaces that require a break from rigid, linear geometry, providing a soft focal point for a seating area.
