Contemporary Stone and Glass Staircase Collection

This SketchUp model collection features six contemporary staircase designs with stone treads, metal stringers, and glass railings. The collection provides a variety of circulation solutions, ranging from simple straight flights and switchback configurations to a complex sculptural spiral staircase. Each unit is constructed with stone-textured treads, offering a solid, high-end appearance suitable for luxury interiors. The balustrades are composed of minimalist glass panels framed by slim, dark metal handrails and stringers. The geometry is clean and precise, focusing on modern architectural lines. This set allows for flexible integration into various floor plans, providing options for both open-plan feature stairs and functional, space-saving designs within multi-level residential or commercial projects.

The download is a 6.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 6 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, these models are organised as grouped geometry, facilitating easy scaling and placement into your master file. Use the layers or tags panel to manage visibility for different staircase options during design development. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted to match the specific stone or metal finishes of your project. Ensure the stair height is adjusted to your floor-to-floor dimension before finalising the model integration into your building shell.
