About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp sofa set features white fabric upholstery contrasted by intricate black metal framework and matching decor. This comprehensive seating arrangement includes a three-seater sofa, two matching armchairs, a low coffee table, and a circular ottoman. The primary seating pieces are defined by a crisp white fabric finish, supported by a distinctive open-work black metal frame that wraps around the back and sides. The set is accessorized with patterned throw cushions in grey and white geometric motifs. A sculptural wooden accent piece and two table lamps with black shades complete the ensemble, providing a cohesive aesthetic that balances linear geometry with soft, upholstered comfort for a refined living space.

The download is a 61.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 5 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised into logical groups for efficient placement within a scene. Users should utilise the outliner to manage individual components, such as the lamps or cushions, allowing for easy customisation or removal if the scene density requires reduction. Materials are applied using standard SketchUp tags, making it simple to swap the fabric textures or adjust the metal finish to match specific interior design schemes. Ensure the model is correctly scaled to your project origin before finalising the layout.

This furniture set is suited for high-end residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and upscale lounge areas where a sophisticated, coordinated look is required. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary interior styles, anchoring a room with its bold black and white colour palette. Professionals searching for a complete, ready-to-render seating solution for architectural visualisations will find this set useful for staging projects efficiently. It works effectively in both open-plan layouts and more intimate, formal seating arrangements within modern residential developments.
