About this asset

This contemporary living room scene, modelled in SketchUp, features a white fabric sectional sofa complemented by a marble coffee table. This comprehensive living room set comprises a modular white fabric sectional sofa, a low-profile coffee table with a dark marble top, and two square ottomans. The arrangement includes an additional leather armchair, a small side table, and a large indoor plant in a cylindrical pot. The entire set is grounded by a patterned area rug in neutral tones. Decorative elements such as brown leather and houndstooth-patterned cushions add textural contrast to the sofa’s minimalist frame. The ensemble is designed as a cohesive lounge area, balancing clean, structured lines with soft, upholstered seating components.

The download is a 166 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical groups and components to facilitate quick placement and scaling within your architectural model. Materials are applied with standard texture mapping, allowing for easy adjustments or replacement of fabric and stone finishes. Users can toggle layers to hide or reveal specific accessories, such as the plant or the cushions, to suit the requirements of a specific view. Ensure the model origin is correctly aligned with your floor plan for efficient integration.
