About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a white fabric sectional sofa, leather armchair, and a marble coffee table. This comprehensive living room furniture arrangement centers on a large, low-profile sectional sofa upholstered in white ribbed fabric. The configuration includes an integrated chaise lounge and is accessorised with coordinating scatter cushions. Accompanying the sofa is a tan leather lounge chair with a slim metal frame, a circular coffee table topped with white veined marble, and a secondary minimalist side table. A large, linear-textured area rug anchors the entire set, while scattered decorative elements such as sculptural objects, books, and a small side table complete the cohesive, modern interior aesthetic.

The download is a 100 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical groups and components, allowing for easy selection and repositioning of individual furniture pieces. Users can apply materials directly to the geometry or replace textures to match specific project colour palettes. The model is scaled for immediate insertion into residential floor plans. For optimal performance, ensure the file is placed on a dedicated layer, and consider using the native component browser to manage the various assets within the set efficiently.

Ideal for high-end residential interior visualisations, this set works perfectly in open-plan living areas, luxury apartments, and modern lounge spaces. The neutral colour scheme and clean lines make it a versatile choice for professional design presentations and architectural walk-throughs. Professionals searching for a complete furniture package will find this assembly useful for staging rooms quickly. It pairs well with minimalist architectural finishes and can be easily adapted for various contemporary design styles, from soft modern to curated, high-end residential interiors.
