About this asset

This contemporary living room scene is a SketchUp model featuring a white fabric sectional sofa, accent chairs, and a terrazzo coffee table. This curated living room arrangement centres on a large white fabric sectional sofa with a curved silhouette, accompanied by a variety of seating and tables. The set includes a diamond-quilted brown lounge chair on a swivel base, a second solid-form accent chair in a warm tan tone, and a cylindrical wooden side table. A low-profile circular coffee table with a terrazzo top serves as the focal point, anchored by a dark grey textured area rug. Decorative elements such as vases and foliage are included, providing a complete, ready-to-use aesthetic for interior visualisation projects.

The download is a 124 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp model directly into their project files to populate large open-plan living areas. The assets are grouped logically, allowing for individual selection or repositioning of components to suit specific floor plans. Materials are applied as standard SketchUp textures, which can be easily scaled or replaced with high-resolution maps for final rendering. To maintain performance, ensure the components are placed on a dedicated layer within the model, keeping the geometry organised and independent of the main architectural shell.

This furniture scene is ideal for residential interior design, luxury apartments, and high-end hospitality lounge spaces. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary architectural backgrounds, providing a sophisticated look for client presentations and marketing visuals. Professionals searching for a complete lounge set will find this useful for quickly staging living rooms or hotel lobbies. The collection provides a cohesive look, saving time in sourcing individual pieces while ensuring a balanced composition of textures and forms within a single, cohesive design language.
