About this asset

This contemporary white fabric modular sectional sofa scene for SketchUp features a integrated timber end table and a full lounge setup. This comprehensive living room scene centers on a low-profile, modular sectional sofa upholstered in off-white fabric. The configuration includes a dedicated chaise and a built-in wooden end table at one terminus, offering integrated storage. Accompanying the sofa are two distinct coffee tables—one circular with a marble base and one oval with a glass top—and a single accent lounge chair with a dark frame. The ensemble is anchored by a textured area rug and complemented by a large-scale wall paneling system featuring vertical timber battens and large marble slabs.

The download is a 55.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, import this scene as a component to maintain clear layer organisation for the various furniture pieces and wall elements. Use the native material editor to adjust the textile mapping on the sofa cushions if necessary. The modular nature of the sectional allows for easy re-configuration or separation of the individual pieces to suit specific floor plans. Ensure that lighting is balanced to highlight the contrast between the soft fabric textures and the hard marble and wooden surfaces.

Ideal for high-end residential projects, hotel lobbies, and luxury show apartments, this scene provides a complete visual solution for contemporary living room designs. It pairs well with minimalist interior styles and neutral palettes, serving as a focal point in open-plan spaces. Designers looking for a ready-made lounge arrangement will find this asset useful for rapid prototyping and client presentations.
