Contemporary White Fabric Living Room Scene with Sofa

This contemporary living room scene in SketchUp features a white fabric sofa, lounge chair, and curated decor for interior design. This comprehensive living room composition includes a curved, channel-tufted white fabric sofa paired with a matching low-profile lounge chair. The arrangement is grounded by a diamond-patterned rug and serviced by a circular white coffee table alongside a smaller cylindrical side table. Overhead, a statement chandelier with reflective metallic elements hangs from a ceiling medallion. The backdrop consists of a panelled wall with decorative moulding and framed wall art. This set provides a balanced, monochromatic aesthetic with clean lines and soft textures, suitable for demonstrating high-end residential interior layouts.

The download is a 54.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups and components, allowing for easy selection and placement within larger architectural projects. Users can apply custom materials to the fabric and metal surfaces to suit specific project palettes. The geometry is scaled for standard residential floor plans, making it simple to insert into a model and align with existing walls or room dimensions. For optimal performance, ensure all textures are correctly mapped after scaling or modifying the scene components.

Ideal for residential interior design visualisations, this set works well in living rooms, hotel lobbies, or upscale lounge areas. It pairs naturally with minimalist or contemporary architectural styles. Professionals often search for this type of asset to quickly populate apartment concepts, residential show homes, or hospitality suites. Whether for client presentations or final renders, the included elements provide a cohesive look that requires minimal adjustment to integrate into a project, especially when designing modern, light-filled living spaces.
